Privacy policy

CoFindMe is the operator of this website. For a privacy request, email mail.cofindme@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy”.

• Account details you provide or that your sign-in provider shares: name, email address, profile photo, headline, and skills.
• Listing details: company name, sector, stage, pitch, skills you need, links, and images you upload.
• Messages, comments, and notifications between accounts.
• Payment records for a listing fee or a sponsored booking: amount, status, and a reference from Razorpay. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV, or UPI PIN.
• Technical data needed to run the site, such as a session on your device and basic request logs. The browser may also keep a local note of skills you have typed and which alerts you have already seen.

• To create your account and keep you signed in.
• To show your listing, match skills, and deliver messages and notifications.
• To take payment for a listing or a sponsored spot, and to apply ad credit when a booking is outbid.
• To answer support mail and grievances.
• To protect accounts, investigate abuse, and keep the service reliable.

We do not sell personal information.

• Supabase hosts the database and sign-in. If you choose Google sign-in, Google authenticates you under its own terms.
• Razorpay processes card and UPI payments. Ad credit from an outbid stays on CoFindMe and is not sent back through the bank.
• A hosting provider runs the website on a server we control.

Other founders see what you choose to publish: your name, skills, listing, comments, and messages you send them. They do not see your payment details.

We keep account and listing information while your account is open. Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise the profile, listings, and messages we are not required to retain. Backups fall away on their normal cycle.

You can edit your profile and listings from the site. You can ask us to correct or delete personal information by emailing mail.cofindme@gmail.com. You can stop using Google sign-in from your Google account. Blocking cookies or site data in the browser may sign you out.

CoFindMe is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Access to production data is limited to operating the service. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Write to us if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Continued use of CoFindMe after that date means the updated policy applies.
