Shipping and delivery

After the ₹99 listing fee succeeds, the startup is published on CoFindMe. It appears on Discover and on its own page, usually within a few minutes. If it is still missing after 30 minutes, email mail.cofindme@gmail.com and we will publish it. The listing fee is not refunded.

A sponsored booking delivers visibility on the leaderboard for the days you booked. Spot #1 is ₹900 per day, spot #2 is ₹600 per day, and spot #3 is ₹300 per day. The placement starts at the start time shown before you pay and ends at the end time shown there. Those dates are the delivery.

Skill matches, comments, and direct messages are part of the free service. They are available as soon as the account and listing exist. They are not a shipped product and they are not billed.

If a paid listing never goes live, or a sponsored spot never shows for a day you already paid and that was not outbid, contact mail.cofindme@gmail.com and we will complete the delivery. That is not a refund. The only credit is the ad credit described on the refund page, when someone outbids a booking before it starts.
