Refunds and cancellations

The ₹99 listing fee is not refunded. It is not returned as cash, and it is not converted to ad credit. Taking a listing down, editing it, or closing the account does not change that.

A sponsored booking is not refunded to your card, UPI app, or bank. Days that have started stay live. Days that have not started are not cancelled for a cash refund. Spot #1 is ₹900 per day, spot #2 is ₹600 per day, and spot #3 is ₹300 per day. The total is shown before you pay.

If another founder outbids a block before it starts, the new price is 1.5× the current daily rate. 50% of the amount you paid for that booking is credited back as ad credit on your CoFindMe account. The other half is not returned.

Ad credit applies to a later sponsored booking. It cannot be withdrawn as cash, moved to another person, or used toward the listing fee. It appears on the account when the outbid is confirmed.
